Our Community Training programmes are designed to empower local residents and artists, offering them the tools, knowledge, and inspiration to take the lead in creating meaningful cultural experiences.
Producer Training
Our producer training sessions are tailored for local residents who want to learn how to organise events for their communities. Participants gain practical skills in event planning, logistics, budgeting, and promotion, as well as insights into building inclusive, community-focused projects. This hands-on training empowers residents to take their ideas from concept to reality on events such as Fiesta Latina, ensuring that the cultural life of Ebbsfleet is truly shaped by the community it serves. We’re really proud to have seen a number of participants go on to run their own events, including a coronation picnic and a weekly crochet group.
Artist Training
For local artists, we’ve offered training designed to help them expand their practice into community-led processes. These sessions focus on how to collaborate with diverse groups, adapt creative projects to meet community needs, and design workshops that are engaging and accessible. By sharing strategies for community involvement and fostering meaningful connections, we help artists develop sustainable practices that make a lasting impact.
