Blueprint Arts (BPA) is a grassroots community arts organisation dedicated to delivering inclusive, well-being-focused, and educational arts experiences across North Kent. For nearly two decades, we have worked within communities—particularly in areas facing social and economic challenges—to harness the power of the arts as a transformative tool for enrichment, connection, and empowerment.
Our mission is simple: to make the arts accessible to all. Creativity, culture, and artistic expression are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that everyone, regardless of background or circumstance, should have the opportunity to explore and experience the arts in a way that is meaningful to them. Through innovative projects, we inspire and develop technical and creative skills, cultivating healthier, stronger, and more sustainable communities.
Our Approach
At Blueprint Arts, our work is guided by three core principles:
Community-Led:
We believe in co-creation. Every project we develop is shaped through close consultation with the communities we serve, ensuring that our initiatives are meaningful, relevant, and impactful. By working in collaboration with local people, we ensure that our work reflects their needs, aspirations, and cultural identities.
Immersive & Transformative:
We don’t just deliver art projects—we create immersive experiences that encourage deep engagement. Whether through hands-on workshops, interactive performances, or community exhibitions, we nurture creativity in ways that inspire confidence, self-expression, and personal growth.
Accessible & Inclusive:
Breaking down barriers to arts participation is at the core of our mission. We are committed to making the arts accessible to all, regardless of age, background, or ability. Our projects are designed to be inclusive, welcoming, and adaptable to different needs, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to benefit from creative expression.
