Community-Led:

We believe in co-creation. Every project we develop is shaped through close consultation with the communities we serve, ensuring that our initiatives are meaningful, relevant, and impactful. By working in collaboration with local people, we ensure that our work reflects their needs, aspirations, and cultural identities.

Youth Advisory Board: A group of local young people who contribute to the governance of our organisation as well as lead on their own projects

Cultural Forum: A group of local people in Ebbsfleet and surrounding areas who are passionate about developing an arts/cultural identity that is reflective of their communities

Immersive & Transformative:

We don’t just deliver art projects—we create immersive experiences that encourage deep engagement. Whether through hands-on workshops, interactive performances, or community exhibitions, we nurture creativity in ways that inspire confidence, self-expression, and personal growth.

Accessible & Inclusive:

Breaking down barriers to arts participation is at the core of our mission. We are committed to making the arts accessible to all, regardless of age, background, or ability. Our projects are designed to be inclusive, welcoming, and adaptable to different needs, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to benefit from creative expression.
